Bok Choy, like celery, has been a little trickier to figure out. This method was the most successful for me!

1. When you cut your bok choy, make sure to leave 1 to 1.5 inches at the root base.

2. Place the base in water, making sure only the bottom is submerged.

3. Make sure you change the water daily! Otherwise it will go stagnant and kill the plant before it can grow roots.

4. Once the roots start to grow and reach almost 0.5-1 inch in length, place it in soil.

5. Water occasionally.

6. And soon you'll have your very own, homegrown bok choy!
